Housekeeping Supervisor - Part-Time

Sandy Cove Ministries has served for nearly 80 years as a place where millions connect with God and each other on 220 acres at the Chesapeake Bay headwaters. With 150 guest rooms in the lodge, we provide authentic hospitality through year-round programs, retreats, and events. We seek a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to support the manager in directing staff and operations for consistent guest satisfaction of 3.6 or above.

The role ensures guests enjoy clean, comfortable accommodations without distraction from the Sandy Cove experience. Daily tasks include overseeing cleaning inspections, performing administrative duties, and maintaining rapport with other departments for guest preparation. Supervisors handle room cleaning, deep cleaning, laundry, and supply monitoring as needed.
