We are seeking an energetic, hospitality-minded career professional to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor. This role contributes to the overall success of our community.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be accountable for all aspects of the day-to-day housekeeping operation. You will ensure all areas of the community are maintained at the highest levels of cleanliness and order at all times. Your leadership will uphold our standards of excellence.

You will foster an environment of cooperation and teamwork while leading and mentoring a team of housekeepers. Visiting with residents helps determine the quality of service provided by your team. This role emphasizes patient interactions with residents, families, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

  • Commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years’ experience in housekeeping management
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
