If you are ambitious, goal-driven and not afraid to open new doors, you could be our new Housekeeping Supervisor. You take responsibility on your watch, grasp the bigger picture, lead and share knowledge. With professional pride, you lead from the front and inspire colleagues.

Ensure quality assurance of cleaning tasks while cleaning rooms and public areas. Handle guest contact and provide guest service. Step in as responsible for the department in the Housekeeping Manager's absence and train new colleagues.

You have in-depth knowledge of cleaning from a large hotel, take the lead to inspire peak performance. Detail-driven yet encouraging with high energy and results focus. Value diversity and other cultures, speak a Nordic language and communicate in English.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge and solid experience of cleaning, preferably at a large hotel
Used to taking the lead and inspiring everyone to perform at their very best
Good overview, detail-driven, encouraging with high energy levels and results focus
Understanding of and interest in other cultures and value diversity
Speak a Nordic language and communicate in English
