Join the Front Office team as a Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports with precision. Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted. Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night shift.

The hotel features 416 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites, elegant food and beverage outlets, an executive lounge, fitness centres, a day spa, and flexible event spaces. Maintain a safe and secure environment while collaborating with other departments. Follow the Night Audit checklist to complete all required tasks.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry (essential)
Proficiency in hotel management software, particularly Opera Cloud, and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to security procedures
Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule

Responsibilities

Balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports with precision and accuracy
Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted
Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night shift
Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees
Follow and complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all required tasks are accomplished
Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns
Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports
