About this role
The Reservations Agent plays a vital role in establishing a positive experience for guests as the first interaction before arriving on property. This position ensures holidays are booked according to guest requirements and the hotel team is ready for arrivals. It delivers an elevated guest experience as the face of the Hotel.
Handle incoming inquiries to book accommodations matching guest needs using hotel systems. Coordinate details to prepare teams for seamless check-ins. Provide accurate information on resort offerings and policies in a fast-paced environment.
Work predominantly indoors with light physical demands, handling loads up to 10kg. Gain exemplary understanding of all hotel operations through daily interactions. Positioned at the designated location to support on-property guest services.

Requirements
- Experience within a Front Office team or equivalent customer-facing role with understanding of guest service processes
- Working knowledge of hotel systems, specifically Opera
- Proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Office
- Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field
