Requirements

  • Experience managing rooms division in boutique or lifestyle hotels
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems like Opera
  • Knowledge of revenue management and forecasting techniques
  • Proven leadership of front office and housekeeping teams
  • Understanding of group travel and experiential hospitality operations
  • Familiarity with boutique hotel standards and guest service protocols
  • Ability to drive performance in dynamic, innovative environments

Responsibilities

  • Oversee front office, housekeeping, reservations, and laundry operations
  • Optimize room inventory, occupancy, and revenue through yield management
  • Lead, train, and develop rooms division team members
  • Ensure brand standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest services
  • Handle guest relations, complaints, and VIP experiences
  • Forecast budgets, analyze performance reports, and control costs
  • Coordinate with sales, F&B, and maintenance for group bookings and readiness
  • Implement operational efficiencies aligning with Drift's minimalist design
