Where soul-stirring golf meets the spirit of the American West. Rodeo Dunes is a public golf resort developed by Michael Keiser, owner of Sand Valley Resort. Set on over 4,000 acres of towering sand dunes, it will become a world-class golf destination with courses by Bill Coore, Ben Crenshaw, and Jimmy Craig.
As a Reservations Agent, you help shape each guest’s time at Rodeo Dunes from the very beginning. You plan and coordinate golf, lodging, dining, and other experiences, ensuring every detail is clear, accurate, and set up for arrival. This role sits at the center of the guest experience.
The Rodeo Dunes team works together to create experiences of a lifetime by asking questions and sharing ideas. With authenticity and a hard-working attitude, the team guides guests through an immersive experience in Colorado’s natural beauty. It offers welcoming Western hospitality amid sandy dunescapes and Rocky Mountain views.

Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Clear communication and a professional, approachable way of working with guests and teammates
- Attention to detail, organization, and follow through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay focused during busy times
- Comfort working through questions, solving problems, and making decisions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Willingness to learn reservation systems such as Agilysys and other resort tools
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Book golf, lodging, dining, and other resort experiences by phone and email
- Provide clear, accurate information about the property, offerings, and policies
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system for future and in-house guests
- Build and maintain guest profiles and reservation details
- Review reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Complete follow-up and reservation documentation in a timely way
- Support Group Reservations and assist with Founder Reservations when needed
- Stay familiar with the property, including courses, lodging, dining, and surrounding area
