Requirements

Proven experience in banqueting or events with strong problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to support other F&B outlets when needed
Excellent communication skills especially in English, extra language a great addition
Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and support your team
Ability to inspire and support a diverse team with energy and enthusiasm

Support the F&B Manager with overseeing the smooth operation of Meeting & Events Operations
Ensure a flawless experience for every guest
Coordinate and manage service for 21 meeting rooms
Deliver exceptional experiences at every touchpoint
Train, inspire, and lead the team to high performance and service
