About this role
Where soul-stirring golf meets the spirit of the American West. Rodeo Dunes is a public golf resort developed by Michael Keiser, set on over 4,000 acres of towering sand dunes. As a Reservations Agent, you help shape each guest’s time from the very beginning by planning and coordinating experiences.
You will book golf, lodging, dining, and other resort experiences by phone and email, providing clear, accurate information about the property. Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system for future and in-house guests. Build and maintain guest profiles while reviewing reservations for accuracy.
The Rodeo Dunes team works together to create experiences of a lifetime by asking questions and sharing ideas. With authenticity and a hard-working attitude, guide guests through an immersive experience in Colorado’s natural beauty. Stay familiar with courses, lodging, dining, and the surrounding area.
Support Group Reservations and assist with Founder Reservations when needed. Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency within the process. Take advantage of this chance to be part of something extraordinary at Rodeo Dunes.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Clear communication and a professional, approachable way of working with guests and teammates
- Attention to detail, organization, and follow through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay focused during busy times
- Comfort working through questions, solving problems, and making decisions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Willingness to learn reservation systems such as Agilysys and other resort tools
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Book golf, lodging, dining, and other resort experiences by phone and email
- Provide clear, accurate information about the property, offerings, and policies
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, supporting both future and in-house guests
- Build and maintain guest profiles and reservation details
- Review reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Complete follow-up and reservation documentation in a timely and consistent way
- Support Group Reservations and assist with Founder Reservations when needed
- Stay familiar with the property, including courses, lodging, dining, and surrounding area
