About this role

This role implements and manages the process of transferring passengers from check-in to boarding Lāna’i Air aircraft. Guest service is delivered in a high-touch, high-quality manner for all Lanai Air flights courteously and professionally. The position supports increasing occupancy for Four Seasons Hotels on Lāna’i.

Assist with flight reservations, logistical services, ground transportation coordination, and tracking inbound flights within Hawaii. Participate in ground services during arrival and departure at interisland terminals and hangar on O‘ahu. Coordinate with third-party vendors including aircraft operators and ground support across islands.

Reports to Guest Service Manager in Honolulu and Guest Service Assistant Manager on Neighbor Islands. Coordinates with Four Seasons Lāna‘i, System Operation Coordinators, Ramp Service Agents, and Ground Transportation Vendors. Builds strong communication links with supervisors, peers, and employees.

Serves as initial point of contact greeting guests by surname and provides fond farewell on departure. Anticipates issues like delays and congestion, proactively finding creative solutions for seamless experiences. Strives for excellence aligning with Pūlama Lāna‘i’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

  • Deliver high-touch, high-quality guest service for all Lanai Air flights
  • Assist with flight reservations and coordinate ground transportation
  • Track guest inbound flights into and within Hawaii
  • Participate in ground services at interisland terminals and hangar on O‘ahu
  • Communicate with aircraft operators, ground support, and transportation vendors
  • Greet guests individually by surname on arrival and provide fond farewell on departure
  • Monitor cleanliness of office space and lounge areas
