As a Room Attendant at My Place Hotel, you'll thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms, change linens on every bed, and inspect mattress pads, blankets, and bedspreads for cleanliness. You'll scrub bathrooms, vacuum carpets, and remove trash from behind furniture to maintain spotless conditions. Open windows to refresh rooms and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.

Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving furniture
Meticulous attention to detail in cleaning and organizing to meet high standards
Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Strong organizational skills to keep cleaning supplies and carts well-organized
Dependability and ability to handle responsibilities independently

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms and public areas, including changing linens and inspecting bedding for stains and tears
Remove used towels from guest rooms and bathrooms, replace with clean ones, and scrub vanity, toilet, bathtub, mirror, and floor
Vacuum guest rooms, hallways, and public area carpets, and remove trash from behind or under furniture
Open windows in guest rooms to let in fresh air and contribute to a pleasant environment
Immediately report necessary repairs, maintenance issues, safety, or security hazards to management or maintenance team
Perform deep cleaning tasks for guest rooms and public areas as assigned
Restock and organize room attendant's cart and storage areas at end of shift
Keep master key and room keys secure, empty vacuum cleaners daily, and take trash to outside dumpster
