The Banquet Server is responsible for setting up banquet events, carrying trays, serving guests, and assisting event cleanup to ensure the needs of the client are met. Duties include daily set-up and breakdown of food and beverage products for catered events. Serve food and beverage to event participants, vendors, and host clients.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down food and beverage products for catered events
Prepare food for daily activities and scheduled events
Serve food and beverage to event participants, vendors, and host clients
Coordinate events including table set-ups, place settings, serving areas, and discarded products
Clean up events on-site or off-site, including plates, dishes, silverware, glassware, linens, chairs, and garbage
Move catering products back to catering kitchen
Print food and product labels and signage for buffets
