The Terrazza Martini Events Coordinator manages the full lifecycle of events at Bacardi's premium venue in Milan. This 6-month temporary role focuses on efficient lead handling, tailored proposals, and seamless on-site delivery. Ensure every event aligns with client expectations and brand standards.
Day-to-day involves responding promptly to inquiries, analyzing client briefs, and negotiating costs with suppliers. Conduct site inspections to showcase the venue and support sales. Supervise setups, handle administrative tasks, and prepare ODS for the internal team.

Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in events, hospitality, or agency environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive, reactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (clients and suppliers)
- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Fast response time and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to incoming event inquiries, ensuring efficient lead handling
- Collect and analyze initial client briefs; prepare tailored proposals and quotations
- Coordinate and negotiate costs with suppliers involved in event production
- Conduct site inspections to showcase the venue and support sales activities
- Oversee the full operational execution of events, from planning to on-site delivery and post-event follow-up
- Supervise event setups and ensure alignment with client expectations and brand standards
- Handle administrative and contractual aspects of each event
- Prepare and manage ODS (Operational Documents/Run Sheets) for the internal team
