This 40-bedroom hotel sits in a panoramic setting near Lake Thun, 16 km from Interlaken, with access to ski resorts and hiking trails. We seek an exceptional Hotel Manager to oversee pre-opening, opening, and market positioning, including bar, restaurant, and leisure facilities.

Establish market presence, define positioning, and create a roadmap for organisational structure, recruitment, and more.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or similar education
- At least 5 years of experience as General/Hotel Manager, or proven experience as Front Office Manager
- Experience in ownership relationship management
- Fluent in German and English language, any other language skills are a benefit
- Knowledge of the local market is beneficial
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- Results-driven with a decisive, action-oriented mindset with a rooms driven focus
- Proven ability to cultivate a guest-centric culture
Responsibilities
- Oversee the pre-opening phase, hotel opening, and positioning in the market
- Lay strategic and operational foundations for long-term success
- Establish organisational structure and departmental design
- Lead recruitment, team casting, training, and cultural onboarding
- Develop workforce planning and productivity management
- Create sales and marketing strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
- Define distribution and pricing strategy
- Manage stakeholder relationships across all relevant partners
