You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will respond to guest requests to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. Use the freedom to go beyond to turn those interactions into moments of magic.

In addition, perform general maintenance tasks, complete assigned work orders, and help in the maintenance and repairs of all property areas. Enjoy working as part of a team to assist other engineering personnel with routine repairs and preventive maintenance. Earnestly respond to guest requests to ensure their personal comfort.

Take pride in performing general maintenance to guestrooms and public areas while monitoring cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas. Enthusiastically prepare for daily work assignments and review priorities and special projects. Maintain appropriate time management and hold the highest standards for proper use of all equipment.

Ensure safety and security of the property, our guests, and fellow associates. This demanding business requires flexibility with work days and hours, but it’s also a lot of fun. Be a people person who loves to troubleshoot in facility repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

Flexibility with work days and hours in a demanding but fun business
Minimum one (1) year in a similar position or equivalent experience using hand tools to repair and maintain equipment
Basic knowledge in building maintenance fields
Experience with basic diagnostic devices
Training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry issues
People person who enjoys interacting with guests and team
