A successful Public Area Attendant is trustworthy, organized, dependable and passionate about creating tidy spaces with a great can-do attitude. Conduct routine walk-throughs ensuring overall tidiness, cleanliness and maintenance of the Club, Rooms, Cowshed and F&B spaces. Maintain property by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents and restrooms while stocking areas.

Assist housekeeping team with rooms focusing on deep cleaning procedures. Adhere to local health and safety regulations placing proper signage for a safe environment. Collaborative team member reliable to work autonomously, proactively notify management of deficiencies and perform heavy cleaning tasks.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ year of proven working experience as a cleaner, maintenance and/or housekeeper
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Detail oriented, proactive and positive influence on team and all other staff
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays when needed
  • Ability to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
  • Ability to lift, carry, push or pull at least 30 pounds and stand, walk, bend for long periods

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine walk-throughs ensuring tidiness, cleanliness and maintenance of the Club, Rooms, Cowshed and F&B spaces
  • Maintain clean and tidy property including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents and restrooms
  • Stock and supply designated facility areas as needed
  • Assist housekeeping team with rooms focusing on deep cleaning procedures
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations placing proper signage as needed
  • Perform and document daily inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks, special projects, minor repairs and organize stock room for shipments
  • Proactively notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs and properly dispose of refuse
