Requirements

  • Background managing luxury hotels with spas and event spaces
  • Experience with independent F&B operators in high-end properties
  • Knowledge of residential services in urban luxury hotels
  • Familiarity operating Forbes 5-Star or AAA Five Diamond properties
  • Expertise in hospitality operations near cultural and sports venues
  • Leadership in delivering exceptional guest and resident experiences
  • Understanding of multi-outlet hotel management including wellness floors

Responsibilities

  • Oversee hotel operations including 214 rooms, suites, spa, and event spaces
  • Manage independent restaurants Zuma and LPM alongside Trifecta Lobby Lounge
  • Coordinate 10,000 sq ft of meeting and event space
  • Supervise residential amenities for 171 private residences including private F&B lounge
  • Maintain Forbes 5-Star Hotel, AAA Five Diamond, and Forbes 5-Star Spa standards
  • Drive guest experiences in Back Bay near Fenway Park and TD Garden
  • Lead team to deliver luxury with genuine heart and lifetime impressions
