Lead the Gravity Haus Breckenridge, a 60-room ski-in/ski-out accommodation at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge, Colorado. The General Manager ensures successful operations encompassing guest, member, and employee experiences. This role provides a rare career opportunity to helm a curated brand through aligned vision with Vail Resorts and Gravity Haus.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including all lodging aspects, staff management, and staffing. Maintain property appearance, handle IT elements, and align on Health and Safety matters. Meet internally and externally agreed-upon standards while delivering Epic Service for memorable experiences.

Requirements
- Experience operating complex hotel and membership communities in mountain destinations
- Proven leadership in resort hospitality operations
- Financial acumen for budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Expertise in guest service and Epic Service delivery
- Strong staff management and employee engagement skills
- Knowledge of property maintenance and IT systems
- Commitment to Health and Safety standards
Responsibilities
- Lead direct oversight of all lodging operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property
- Oversee all staff and staffing
- Ensure customer and member community satisfaction
- Maintain property appearance and handle maintenance
- Manage IT related elements of the property
- Align and follow up on all Health and Safety matters
- Account for operating costs, budgets, forecasts, strategic planning, and KPIs
